Founded in 2015

Born from a long line of women out the 9th Ward in New Orleans, LA Charisma slowly built her brand during her sophomore year of college while working at a small boutique as a Visual Merchandiser. As she progressed at the job she landed the position "Head of Events". Through this position she started to build not only to attract more clientele, but immediately she saw this as an opportunity to give her friends a platform.

" I've always had a very versatile friend group especially in the music and art scenes in New Orleans. It was hard for them to get certain projects recognized because they weren't doing what was popular at the time such as being a “bounce” artist. I took this as an opportunity to give them their flowers , show the longevity that they have with their art, and just have them in front of people that would not only appreciate their art but create opportunities for them to move forward in their career. "

From there she started building a community of different artists in New Orleans and New York to work with each other and promote their projects.
