Edward Buckles has always been an inspiration to The Chakra Collective. Not only did Edward provide the first series of events called “House of the Young” which mainly focused on musicians that were part of New Orleans underground scene. He also is a Film Director in which he documents the history and culture of New Orleans.

Edward created the film “Katrina Babies” which gave not only a personal outlook in the community during before and after Hurricane Katrina, it also discusses the impact it had on the youth in New Orleans.
